VIVIZ became the first female K-Pop band to perform at the Grammy Awards

April 26 VIVIZ entered the virtual stage of the digital series “Global Spin” GRAMMY Awards and performed their debut track “BOP BOP!”.

Last week the agency VIVIZ Big Planet Made has officially announced that a group of “newbies” consisting of Inhi, Sinby and Omji from GFRIEND, will be the first female K-pop group to ever perform on the Global Spin GRAMMY Awards. In this series, artists from all over the world appear, glorifying their countries. The only other Korean artists besides VIVIZwho performed at the Global Spin are BI, Seori and ATEEZ.

According to the theme of the show participants VIVIZ they came up with the idea to perform in modern hanboks (traditional Korean clothes) instead of their usual stage outfits. The band also decided to perform at Dongdaemun Design Plaza, a cultural center that is one of Seoul’s most recognizable attractions.

Presenting their performance on, Morgan Enos wrote: “With flowers in their hair and dancers, the girls from VIVIZ demonstrate a flawless performance that will make you move with them.”
