An exhibition of one painting from the State Tretyakov Gallery has opened in the Cathedral. The famous painting by the famous sentimentalist artist Vladimir Borovikovsky “Portrait of Sisters Princesses Anna Gavrilovna and Varvara Gavrilovna Gagarin (1802, canvas, oil) took its place on the stage this weekend, becoming the fourth work of art from the main exhibition of the gallery presented in the gallery. On July 22, 27, 29, 11, and 13, Vladimir Borovikovsky’s “Portrait of the Princess Gagarin Sisters” will be presented by the head of the Immanuel Kant Museum, Marina Yadova, who spoke about the artist’s work. Vladimir Borovikovsky’s painting will remain on the cathedral stage until July 17.
