The vocalist, who spent 50-60 hours working on the music for Blue Box’s Abandoned, says he feels “disappointed” because there has been no news from the studio lately.

Last year, Blue Box released Abandoned, a survival-horror game that became popular because it seemed to be one big conspiracy theory by Hideo Kojima. Of course, as we all know, Abandoned did not end up in Silent Hill, but turned into a much bigger mystery, about which there was no new footage or news for almost a year.

Earlier today it happened knownthat Blue Box deleted tweets detailing plans for the future for Abandoned, removing most mentions of the game from its social networks. After it became known about the removal of information about Abandoned, vocalist of The Eyes Inside Chris (known on Twitter as F4ST3X) said that he had invested “50-60 hours” in a song for Abandoned, for which Blue Box has not yet paid.

In response to a tweet that Blue Box removed mentions of Abandoned from its Twitter account, Chris said:

We were working on the soundtrack (one of the songs). I talked to them a lot in the mail. I was hooked that our song will be used in a video game. I’m upset. “This latest response was in linkedIn: It’s chaos, it’s due out in March – do you have ps5?

Chris then gave a little more detail, showing how much time it took to create the tracks:

We worked on this song for about 50-60 hours. They said: This song will be in the game – and maybe in a teaser. Every 6-12 weeks I received an email with: Sorry for the huge delay, etc. We will work with a one-time fee, etc. It all started in August 2021. I don’t know how to get help.

Chris later clarified in response to another tweet that The Eyes Inside had not yet received money to work on Abandoned, despite the fact that the band seemed to have finished work on the track for the game.
