Ruzaevka’s first storyteller is taking part in the “Best Book of the Year” contest

Mordovian National Library named after A.S. Pushkin with the support of the Ministry of Culture, National Policy and Archives of Mordovia is holding a national competition “Best Book of the Year – 2020/2021”.

The competition is held within the framework of the State Program “Preservation and Development of National Culture, State Languages ​​of the Republic and Other Languages ​​in Mordovia”.

The competition is open to books published in 2020-2021 and submitted as a mandatory copy to the Book Chamber of Mordovia no later than March 31, 2022.

In the nomination “Best Book for Children” and “Best Periodical” the literary almanac “Ruzaevskaya Lira №17” is presented, which is entirely dedicated to the work of Ruzaev’s storyteller Viktor Kurlyshkin – the first storyteller in the history of Ruzaev district. His tales will not leave indifferent neither children nor adults.
