“Music for my ears”: George Martin spoke about the warm welcome of Elden Ring

He put his hand to work on the role-playing laurel Elden Ring (our review) writer George Martin shared with fans the joyful emotions from the successful launch of the game, which received a lot of positive feedback from the press and gamers.

In his blog, the author of a series of books “Song of Ice and Flame“also spoke about his role in developing a new creation FromSoftware.

“The wait has come to an end. It took years to create the Elden Ring, and the project was finally released last week and stormed the gaming world,” wrote George Martin. “But don’t listen to me! FromSoftware has drawn me into its world, so I can hardly claim objectivity,” the writer added, quoting an enthusiastic review, as well as references to reviews of Western publications, which he called music for his ears.

At the end of the post, the writer praised game designer Hidetaku Miyazaki and the development team, noting that all the credit for such a quality project belongs exclusively to them.

“I am proud to have met and worked with them and to have played a role, albeit a small one, in creating this fantastic world and turning the Elden Ring into the iconic megahit it is,” said George Martin.
